Welcome at the MuseumPasseierThe MuseumPasseier is located at the Sandhof in St. Leonhard, the birthplace of the freedom fighter Andreas Hofer (1767–1810).
The central structure, the
MuseumPasseier – Andreas Hofer is housed in the Sandhof, a listed inn building, and consists of three areas: Andreas Hofer, Folklore and an Open Air display.

The
Bunker Mooseum in MoosBuilt from rock in the 1940s, the structure houses a historical and contemporary exhibition as well as an information centre for the Texel Nature Park. Due to open in 2009.
The
Jaufenburg in St. LeonhardThe keep of this ruined castle holds an exhibition dedicated to the history of the castle and its inhabitants. The Renaissance frescoes, dating from 1538, are particularly worth seeing.
The
Alm Museum in Pfistrad, St. LeonhardThis renovated former cheese dairy at 1,350 m is devoted to alpine dairy farming and life in the Middle Ages.
The
French Cemetery, St. LeonhardOn the western edge of St. Leonhard, near the River Passer, a cemetery was constructed for the French soldiers who fell in the last battles of November 1809.
